shot at elbow beach on the 4th of july... took a while for me to figure out what to do with this one...
 I added warmth to the picture. I think that was a good idea because it softened the overexposed areas as this was a very long exposure... also a nice effect for a summer shot... |

What must the caterpillar do that it may one day fly?
As for fireworks shots, I think the interest lies outside the fireworks (as beautiful as they are, they can become common quite quickly)... so including the surroundings I think adds interest... in fact, I wanted a shot of only the people's faces looking at the fireworks but didn't get the chance... something to try next time!
Trying new things is what keeps up learning right?
